About the role

In the role of Customer Manager & Business Support, you will:

Contact both new and existing customers

Drive processes from the first contact to the completed deal and logistics

Prepare quotes and establish agreements

Work proactively with follow-up and development of customer relationships

Support administration and finance (e.g., accounting documentation, purchases, and cost monitoring)

Work closely with colleagues and be involved in the company's growth journey

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in customer contact and/or sales

Has a good understanding of administrative and financial tasks

Is communicative, structured, and self-driven

Has good computer skills and finds it easy to learn new systems

Masters Swedish and English in speech and writing

Has a B driver's license
